It has always been difficult for teachers to control their students and get them to focus on their work. However, a teacher in Belgium has come up with an ingenious way of making sure that the children in his class behave themselves.
The maths teacher, who has read all of the A Song of Fire and Ice novels by the author George R.R. Martin, has threatened to reveal what happens to characters in the future episodes of the series Game Of Thrones if the students do not behave in his lessons.
When asked who watches the series, supposedly three-quarters of the students in his class raised their hands. The teacher then said that every time they disrupted the class he would write the names on the board of those who will die in the upcoming series.
As the TV episodes are yet to catch up to the books, of which there are five to date with a sixth currently in the works, this tactic seems to be working. Sometimes it pays to read the book before seeing the film!
