NHS's plan for the year ahead

On the 19th December 2014, plans have been outlined for what commissioners and providers of NHS care will do in 2015/16 to deliver on the Five Year Forward View for the NHS, which published earlier this year. The planning guidance has been produced by NHS England, Public Health England, Monitor, the NHS Trust Development Authority, Health Education England, and the Care Quality Commission. Commenting on its publication, David Behan, Chief Executive of the Care Quality Commission said: “The Five Year Forward View sets out an exciting vision for the future.
